1.2. Our small-batch production is based in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and China, where we prioritize ethical manufacturing processes and quality craftsmanship.

1.3. We operate on a pre-order model to reduce waste and maintain slow fashion principles. Production timelines and delivery estimates will vary based on this approach.

2. Orders and Pre-Orders

2.1. Placing an Order: To place an order, select your item(s), provide accurate personal and payment details, and complete the checkout process.

2.2. Pre-Order Terms: Pre-orders operate on a made-to-order basis:

  • Payment is collected in full at the time of order.

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout.

  • Delays may occur due to factors such as production schedules, supply chain issues, or shipping disruptions. You will be notified of any changes to your order status.

2.3. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email acts as your proof of purchase.

  • USA: Standard delivery within 7-10 business days after production is complete.

  • Virgin Islands: Delivery within 10-15 business days after production.

  • Canada: Delivery within 10-15 business days after production. Import duties may apply.

  • UK: Delivery within 10-20 business days after production. Import duties may apply.

4.3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and weight.

4.4. Delays: DSR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
